ESF Golfers Take to Links in Players Championship
On a day when temperatures broke the 85-degree mark, the ESF Mighty Oaks golf team played in the inaugural ESF Players' Championship.
The ESF Players Championship was created to honor the continued growth and strengthening of the ESF squad, move the team forward and celebrate a love for the game of golf, according to Coach John Turbeville.
The winner was Sean Barron with a three-over 74. Also with sub-80 rounds were Will Hoffman (77) and Colin Sabitus (78).
The team is back in action Sept. 23 in the Utica College Invitational.
