Men's Soccer Team Wins Tight Game, Women Tie in 2OT
The ESF women's soccer team tied Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Sept. 14 in a dramatic double overtime match that eventually ended in a 1-1 tie. Junior Captain Bridget Cuddihy had the only goal for the Mighty Oaks.
The ESF men's team, whose game followed the women's, was victorious against Albany, dominating the 2-1 match. Mighty Oaks senior captain Kyle Siegel netted both goals.
The USCAA will post the national rankings Friday. Both Mighty Oaks teams hope to be well positioned, perhaps placing within the top 10 placement. The men's team is currently 5-1-0 and the women are 3-0-1.
